Submit

Sending cards to RAREbase.

RAREbase is a mail-in grading service. Please read the four steps below before you pack anything, then create your submission at the bottom of this page. Grading photographs are taken in our lab, so there is nothing to upload here.

1. 01

   Create your submission

   Complete the form below with your contact details, how many cards you are sending, and the service level you would like. We reply with your submission number and the shipping address.

2. 02

   Prepare your cards

   Place each card in a fresh penny sleeve and then a semi-rigid holder. Do not tape the holders shut, and keep the cards in the same order as your submission form.

3. 03

   Ship securely

   Pack the holders snugly between two pieces of rigid card, use a sturdy box, and send the package with tracking and insurance appropriate to the value of the cards.

4. 04

   Track and receive results

   Follow each stage with your submission number. When grading is complete, your reports are published to your collection and your cards are shipped back to you with tracking.
