Services

Care, grading, and a way to sell.

Most collectors send cards to one company for grading, another for selling, and handle preparation themselves. RAREbase does all three, so a card is only handled by people who are accountable for it.

What we do

01

Care and preparation

We assess each card by hand, remove surface dust, lint, and residue with non-invasive methods, and tell you honestly whether the card is worth submitting at all. We never trim, recolour, or alter a card.

  • Condition assessment before any work begins
  • Non-invasive surface cleaning
  • Straight advice on what to grade and what to skip

02

Grading and permanent records

Cards are photographed front and back under calibrated light, measured for centering, corners, edges, and surface, then reviewed by a grader before the report is published as a permanent record.

  • One overall grade out of 10 with four subgrades
  • Published centering measurements, not vague language
  • A dated timeline that stays with the card

03

Consignment and sales

When you are ready to sell, we handle photography, listing, packing, and shipping across live shows and online marketplaces, and we also buy, sell, and trade directly.

  • Live selling on Whatnot
  • Listings on eBay with our records attached
  • Direct buy, sell, and trade with cash or credit

Full concierge care
